Description

E/Z Machine and Roller Cleaner is a water-based, non-petroleum based cleaner, designed to remove polymer residues on anilox and smooth rollers, as well as spills on machinery or floors.  It also works well in removing water-based inks from polymer, rubber and steel plates with little effort. It will not dry out photopolymer printing plates.

E/Z Machine and Roller Cleaner is an environmentally friendly product.  It is non-flammable, biodegradable and contains no phosphates.  Since it is alkaline in nature, it should not be used to clean alkali-sensitive materials such as aluminum.

Typical Properties

Apply to area to be cleaned and let stand for 15-30 seconds, depending on amount of ink or polymer present.  Wipe off and repeat if necessary.

For Rollers

Apply liberal amount to entire roller surface when cleaning.  Rollers can either be running or not.  Best procedure is to allow rollers to run so that ink will dissipate or polymer will dissolve.  Repeat if necessary.

For Printing Plates

Apply to printing plates using a rag or brush, rub gently across image area and remove with dry cloth.  Repeat if necessary.
